How It Works: Step by Step
Step 1 – Raise a Request

If you’ve received a wrong or expired product, raise a return/replacement request within 48 Hrs from the date of delivery and with unboxing video.

If you’ve received a damaged or missing product, raise a request within 2 days from delivery.

Step 2 – Review Period

Our team will take 2 business days to review your request.
Step 3 – Pickup Process

Once approved, we will schedule our courier partner to collect the product from your address or whatever liable depending on the situation.

Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.
Step 4 – Inspection & Verification

After receiving the product, our quality control team will verify it against your claim.
Step 5 – Refund or Replacement

If eligible, we will initiate a replacement (depending on stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

How Are Returns Processed?

Pickup is arranged within 5–7 business days after your request is approved.

The product is returned to our warehouse for quality checks.

Upon approval, a refund/replacement is initiated.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Custom or personalized items may not be canceled once production begins.

Cancellations should be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team with your order number.

Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers may cancel prepaid orders before dispatch. Please note that a cancellation fee (equivalent to Razorpay/payment gateway processing charges) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior consent. Customers will be notified via their registered email ID.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will update you on the refund approval status.

- Our candles and raw materials are intended only for candle-making and home use.
- Candle dyes, pigments, and fragrances are strictly meant for candle applications. They are not intended for skin application, cosmetic use, or consumption.
- Raw materials supplied (waxes, wicks, fragrances, dyes, etc.) are to be used solely for the purpose of making candles.
- We are not responsible for any misuse of products, raw materials, or unsafe handling by customers.
- Always follow safe candle usage practices:
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
- Burn candles only on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.
- Do not leave burning candles unattended.
- Trim wicks before each use to avoid excessive smoke.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the raw materials/products purchased are suitable for their intended application.
- We shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, health issues, property damage, or misuse arising from improper handling of our products or raw materials.
